Now, here’s why movement became a core part of how we work.

A while back, our team would roll into the office, coffee in hand, already feeling stiff before the workday even started. We’d sit down, open our laptops, and before we knew it… hours had passed, and we hadn’t moved.

Something had to change. So we gave a simple 2-minute morning movement routine a shot. We’d step onto a balance board, take a few deep breaths, shift our weight, and reset before diving back in.

It seemed small, but the impact was huge. Ideas flowed more easily, focus lasted longer, and by the end of the day, we still had the energy to enjoy life outside of work.

Now, it’s something we do every day, and it’s why we built our products to help others integrate movement into their workday, too.
