I never really tailgated in college—until my very last weekend. I finally went, and wow, was I missing out. Someone’s dad rolled into the lot at 7 a.m. with two smokers, two grills, and the most outrageous buffet spread I’ve ever seen.
Now, am I the biggest sports fan? Absolutely not. Anyone who knows me knows I’d prep harder for an awards show than a football game. But I am competitive, and I love gameday food. Wings, nachos, cheesy dips—you name it. And with fall sports season here, we’re officially in tailgate, watch party, and stadium eats territory. One of my favorite recipes I’ve seen recently?
