Returns
What is the return window?
The return policy lasts 30 days from the date you make your purchase. If 30 days have passed since that date, unfortunately they are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You need to provide your order number and reason for the return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded however they are eligible for an exchange. Items that have been worn and laundered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund for the amount of the item purchased will be processed, minus the $10.00 restocking fee and original shipping fee, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Who pays for return shipping?
They will send a prepaid USPS label (limit one per order) for you to ship the item back at their expense, however there is a $10.00 per item restocking fee. Unfortunately, as a very small business with limited inventory, they are unable to offer free returns.
Editor's Take
There's something refreshingly honest about Heidi Wynne's approach to luxury fashion. With superior craftsmanship and only the finest materials, the collection offers timeless luxury rooted in thoughtful design, with each piece made to last and focused on enduring style rather than fleeting trends. And honestly? That's exactly what we need more of right now.
Founded on the Upper East Side and later moved to the Hudson Valley, the brand draws inspiration from rolling hills, gardens, and surrounding farmland, reflecting a refined yet relaxed lifestyle influenced by places from Florence and Dublin to London and the Hudson Valley. You can actually feel that countryside influence in every piece-there's this effortless elegance that doesn't try too hard.
What really sets them apart is their commitment to authenticity. They're dedicated to ethical sourcing and social responsibility, partnering with family-run mills in Scotland, Ireland, and Nepal, all known for their expertise in natural fibers like cotton, cashmere, and merino wool-relationships that allow them to produce each piece with care and integrity. It's not just marketing speak; you can see it in the quality.
The collection features luxurious cashmere, fisherman knit sweaters, linen dresses, straw handbags and hats with a focus on quality and classic style. But here's the thing-these aren't just pretty pieces that fall apart after a season. Their fair isle knits are made in Scotland, and their timeless fisherman knits come from a family-run mill in Ireland, expanding from the original cashmere scarves that were perfect travel companions.
The brand has this interesting following among style bloggers and fashion insiders. Heidi designs her collection in the Hudson Valley where she's currently renovating a country house, having previously been based on the Upper East Side when the brand was very new and focused on cashmere wraps. There's something authentic about that progression-from city sophistication to countryside inspiration.
What I find compelling is how they've managed to stay true to their aesthetic while growing. Their collections are inspired by everything from the beauty of Ireland's lush green rolling hills to block print floral dresses and lightweight cashmere wraps perfect for packing. Each season feels like a natural evolution rather than a complete reinvention.
