We've been reading Carolyn Bessette Kennedy: A Life In Fashion (again!). We've been watching Ryan Murphy's Love Story and have our eye on the AREA New York Ariana Velvet Leopard Pump.

We weren't sure what to expect from Ryan Murphy's Love Story series and were pleasantly surprised. It is similar to The Crown in that they take quite a few creative liberties and I would expect Daryl Hannah isn't too pleased. Jackie and Daryl, in my opinion, weren't featured in the best light. I do think that the actors who portray CBK and JFK Jr are so talented and have incredible chemistry. It is worth watching for the 90s nostalgia and being taken back to a time just before cell phones and social media made life less carefree. It airs on Hulu and FX with a new episode dropping Thursdays at 9 pm Eastern Time.

We enjoyed Once Upon a Time by Elizabeth Beller (who is so lovely) and the series was based on the book.

Last summer the Love Story show execs released a few pics as a preview and the backlash was severe. I won't post the images, because they reacted to the criticism and made drastic improvements to the hair, makeup and wardrobe (which is such a great lesson in life that constructive criticism helps us improve). I was interviewed by Leah Bourne for Glamour and shared some thoughts at that time, which are highlighted above (the full article can be found here.) My friend Heather Clawson of Habitually Chic, who many of you discovered me through, was also interviewed. We had been discussing the photos via text and had no idea we were both speaking with the same journalist until the article posted.
