May is BBQ Month and this year we have an outpouring of restaurants supporting our cause. Our Trail of Barbecue turns BBQ restaurants from across the country into mission partners. Whether rounding-up at the register or a special menu item every bite, every plate, every pour gives back to families battling pediatric cancer.

Pinkerton's Barbecue

We’re spotlighting Pinkerton’s Barbecue — the acclaimed Texas barbecue joint founded by pitmaster Grant Pinkerton and known for its smoked meats, Texas hospitality, and nationally recognized barbecue program. With locations in Houston and San Antonio, Pinkerton’s has become a staple of the modern Texas BBQ scene and a proud part of the Trail of Barbecue.

BBQ Month Special

Throughout May, guests at all three Pinkerton’s locations can order the “Glazed and Confused,” a cocktail featuring Reposado tequila, fresh lime, hibiscus-infused curaçao, agave, and a BBQ-rimmed finish inspired by Pinkerton’s signature flavors. Proceeds from every cocktail sold support Hogs for the Cause and families battling pediatric cancer.
