At the heart of Hogs for the Cause are our Hogs Houses, family-centered homes that keep parents close to their children during extended treatment. Since opening our first in 2018, these spaces have provided more than 50,000 free night stays for over 3,000 families, saving them an estimated $5 million in lodging costs.
Today, with two Hogs Houses built and a third in development, occupancy remains at over 95%, proving the need for safe, supportive housing near children’s hospitals. Every stay represents more than a bed…it’s relief, comfort, and togetherness when families need it most.
