Operating at a level they once only imagined and acting like it’s normal. It’s not. It’s exceptional. Take a moment to realise how much you've achieved and all the recognition you deserve.
What’s something you hope women remember about themselves?
You define the level you win at, no one decides that for you. Enjoy where you're at even if it's not where you thought you'd be, because if life pulls you away from Plan A, it's probably guiding you to something better.
When I'm helping people feel their best! Whether that's by seeing themselves with kinder eyes, embracing their natural confidence, or learning how to experience real, transformative pleasure; I feel most like myself when I'm helping the women around me celebrate themselves, too.
