IHG Hotels & Resorts is offering a Global Cyber Sale Promotional Offer (the “2024 Global Cyber Sale Promotion”) for IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members. The below details describe the booking and stay requirements and the different promotional rates available for Members and Non-Members.

IHG Hotels & Resorts Global Cyber Sale Promotion. Members save 25%. Non-Members save 17%. (“Promotional Rate”). Promotional Rates are valid across participating properties in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, India, Middle East, Africa and Greater China. Members save 25% on bookings made between 18 – 19 November, 2024 in the IHG App, for stays 21 November, 2024 – 30 April, 2025, globally at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts. Members save 25% and non-members save 17% on bookings made across all eligible booking channels between 20 November — 3 December, 2024, for stays 23 November, 2024 – 30 April, 2025, globally at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts. One night minimum stay required.

The Global Cyber Sale Promotional Rates are only valid discounts off a specific participating hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR), the BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Promotional Rates may not be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions. Promotional Rates are not applicable to group bookings. Certain participating hotels may impose early departure fees. IHG® Army Hotels, InterContinental Alliance Resorts, Six Senses and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the IHG Hotels & Resorts 2024 Global Cyber Sale Promotion. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in date. The IHG Hotels & Resorts Cyber Sale promotion reservations are final, fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-changeable regardless of whether or not the reservation is used. Your card will be charged for the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking. For hotels in the state of California only: guests (IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members) can cancel a reservation for a hotel accommodation within 24-hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72-hours or more before the time of check-in.

Bookings made directly through IHG channels, including IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel will be eligible for the Member 25% discount and eligible to earn IHG One Rewards Points and will be subject to the IHG One Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. IHG reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the 2024 Global Cyber Sale Promotion is detected.

App Download Bonus Offer

To participate in the “App Download Bonus Offer” promotion (the “Promotion”), an individual must have an active valid IHG One Rewards member account. The member must first register their member number or email associated with their IHG One Rewards account to be eligible for the Promotion. Once a member has registered, the member can earn 500 IHG One Rewards bonus points after downloading the IHG app and using the app to sign in to their IHG One Rewards account. Registration and completion of the download and sign-in must occur by 31 December, 2024, subject to IHG’s right to end the registration period sooner if deemed necessary by IHG because of irregularities or other issues relating to the Promotion. If registration for the Promotion has been closed or deactivated, it means the Promotion has ended.

This promotional offer can only be redeemed once per member, and a maximum of 500 IHG One Rewards bonus points can be achieved. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the bonus points to be posted to the recipient’s member account. The Promotion is valid for first time app downloads only.

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Offer are subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The bonus points awarded through this Offer are not Elite status qualifying.

IHG may withdraw points from a member’s account if they were deposited into the member’s account in error and may revoke all points in a member’s account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points, downgrade their status, or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Promotion is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member’s account, this Promotion, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG’s interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion.

This exclusive promotional offer is valid only for the original recipient who was invited to participate in the Promotion and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Members must make any promotional inquiries within 60 days of the date they registered for the Promotion. Members who are invited to participate in this Promotion may also participate in other IHG offers or promotions to the extent they qualify for such other offers or promotions.
