*The "Up to 10 Bonus Elite Night Credits" promotional offer (the "Offer") provides you with an opportunity to earn one “Bonus Elite Night Credit” for each Offer-Qualifying Room Night stayed during the Offer Period, up to a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Elite Night Credits. For each “Bonus Elite Night Credit” you earn under the Offer, you will be credited with an additional Elite Qualifying Night for purposes of determining Elite membership status and Milestone Rewards earned under the IHG One Rewards program in 2025. “Bonus Elite Night Credits” do not qualify as Rollover Nights or as Qualifying Nights for any other purpose or benefit under the IHG One Rewards program. To participate in this Offer, you must be an IHG One Rewards member and must be invited to participate. After receiving an invitation, you must register your member number in advance in order to be eligible for the Offer. The “Offer Period” is from Ja‍nua‍ry 2‍7, 2‍0‍2‍5,‍ through ‍A‍p‍r‍i‍l‍ 2‍2,‍ 2‍0‍2‍5.‍ A member can only register once. By registering for the Offer, a member is accepting these Terms and Conditions.

After registering, a member can earn up to a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer, as follows: one (1) Bonus Elite Night Credit will be awarded to the member’s IHG One Rewards account after each Offer-Qualifying Room Night stay during the Offer Period. For example, if a member has stays that result in a total of six (6) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period, the member would earn six (6) Bonus Elite Night Credits. These Bonus Elite Night Credits are in addition to any base Elite Qualifying Nights the member earns for their stays. As a result, in the above example, in addition to the six (6) Bonus Elite Night Credits, the member would also be credited with six (6) base Elite Qualifying Nights, effectively giving the member credit for 12 Elite Qualifying Nights towards earning Elite status and Milestone Rewards in 2025. To be an "Offer-Qualifying Room Night" under this Offer, the room night must fall within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. As noted above, the “Offer Period” is from ‍Jan‍uar‍y 2‍7, ‍2‍0‍2‍5‍, through ‍A‍p‍r‍i‍l‍ ‍2‍2,‍ 2‍0‍2‍5.‍ Room nights outside of the Offer Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Offer also are not included.

For purposes of this Offer, a “Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay” is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with a total spend exceeding $30 USD (or local equivalent) per night. Participating hotels include all IHG^® Hotels & Resorts, with the exception of those Six Senses^® Hotels Resorts Spas and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that do not participate in the IHG One Rewards program. Stays booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Offer. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as b‍o‍o‍k‍i‍n‍g‍.‍c‍o‍m or e‍x‍ped‍i‍a‍.‍c‍o‍m also do not qualify under this Offer. If more than one member who registered for the Offer checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer based on those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will only receive credit towards this Offer for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of an Offer-Qualifying Room Night. 

A member’s participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Offer are subject to the standard IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, which can be obtained here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. The time needed for awarding Bonus Elite Night Credits can vary with each promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the Bonus Elite Night Credits to be posted to the recipient’s member account. 

IHG may withdraw Bonus Elite Night Credits from a member's account if they were deposited into the member's account or awarded in error and may revoke all points, benefits, Bonus Elite Night Credits, or other rewards in a member's account if the member abuses the IHG One Rewards program, including but not limited to abuse of the point redemption process. IHG also expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, benefits, Bonus Elite Night Credits or other rewards, downgrade their status, or cancel a member's account if fraudulent activity in connection with the Offer is detected, and any fraudulent or other prohibited activity relating to a member's account, this Offer, restricted rate offerings, or the IHG One Rewards program is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG's interpretation of the Offer and these Terms and Conditions will control, and IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer. This Offer is valid only for the original recipient who was invited to participate in the Offer and cannot be transferred or conveyed. Any inquiries concerning this Offer must be made by ‍J‍u‍n‍e‍ ‍2‍1,‍ ‍2‍0‍2‍5.‍ Members who are invited to participate in this Offer may also participate in other IHG offers or promotions to the extent they qualify for such other offers or promotions.
