In order to improve your experience, we're launching a new platform for our Loyalty Program, IB Rewards. Now it's easier than ever to see all of your rewards in one place and access points to redeem for store credit. Plus, we've added new ways to earn and more enhancements will roll out in early 2026 so you can get more from IB Rewards! If you were already signed up, don't worry—your points have been moved over to the new platform. All you'll need to do is set up your new log in info, and you'll get an additional 50 points for signing up again! You can always click the pink Rewards button in the bottom left corner of the site for quick access to your account. If you purchased during the early Black Friday sale, you earned double points so make sure you sign up to access your points that can be redeemed for store credit.
