Hey there,
I just had to share this with you.
A couple of months ago, we told you about our port pillow charity project for this year.
Honestly, I wasn't sure what kind of response we'd get
Well, 2,223 port pillows have been donated so far.
I'm still a little floored by that number. Every single one of those pillows was made by someone in this community.
Someone who sat down, picked up their fabric, and decided to use their skill for something that really matters.
Port pillows make such a difference for people recovering from surgery. They're small. They're sewn. And they come from us.
If you've already contributed, thank you.
And if you haven't yet, it's not too late. The project is still open and every pillow counts. It takes one afternoon and a little fabric you probably already have.
Here's everything you need to get started: https://madamsew.com/pages/port-pillow-challenge
I'd love to see that number keep climbing.
