The presets you'll love:
Neapolitan Mode
Reaches up to 840°F / 450°C. Boost Mode will supercharge the oven’s top heating element to deliver pro-level Neapolitan-style pizza in 90 seconds.
Thin & Crispy Mode
Up to 660°F / 350°C. Balanced heat with a little extra from the top, for a crisp bite and foldable NYC-style slices.
Pan Pizza Mode
Up to 530°F / 275°C. Lower and longer cook with more bottom heat, so you get that fluffy rise and golden edges for Sicilian, Detroit, or Grandma pies.
Dough Proofing Mode
Proof your dough faster, or defrost our Ooni frozen dough balls with ease. Your frozen dough can be a cooked, delicious pizza in as little as 4 hours.
