For years, we’ve reported sporadically on our efforts to do less harm. But when we made Earth our only shareholder three years ago, things had to change. From now on, it’s on us to deliver a holistic and more transparent picture of our business impact.

For all the work we’ve done on our products and in our supply chain, and all the money we’ve given away to environmental nonprofits, it is still not enough.

824 nonprofits received $14.7 million in FY25 grants and in-kind support.

95% of FY25 products are made in Fair Trade Certified™ factories, allowing workers to spend premiums on health care, child care and other benefits.

100% of new products are made without intentionally added PFAS as of 2025.
