A long-standing Sabah favorite, now relaunched in a exquisite hair-on cow leather sourced from Italy and then crafted into Sabahs & Babas in Gaziantep.
To mark the return, we spent a spring morning with our friend Molly Bloom — a New York–based private chef — who wore her Brown Cow Sabahs & Babas paired with an army green jumpsuit. We followed along as she moved through the Union Square Farmers Market, stopping at a few favorite vendors and gathering ingredients with the intuitive approach she's known for.
