One of the questions I get almost every week is: “Do blue light glasses actually make a difference?

Fair question. Between late emails, scrolling, and “just one more episode”… our evenings don’t exactly make it easy to switch off.

I’ve felt it myself. There are nights when I’m still answering messages at 10pm, and I can literally feel the difference when I forget to put my Swannies on.

It’s like my brain just doesn’t get the signal to slow down. When I do wear them, things feel… softer. My eyes relax quicker, and winding down feels more natural not forced.

It’s a small habit, but one that quietly changes how the night unfolds.
