When did you start stamping? I got serious about stamping and card making after my mother passed away in 2019. Then COVID blew all reason away and my stamping obsession exploded. That and I found TE. What is one way stamping brings you joy? I love creating special cards to send to friends and relatives. I have fun creating card sets to give away as gifts or to local fundraisers. Learning new techniques and using them successfully is fun, too.
How long have you been a fan of TE? I attended a local card making class for beginners, though the teacher mostly used products from another company, I think she mentioned TE. I don't really remember how I heard about TE, I just know that I decided I am a one company girl, and that company is TE. How does TE empower you in your crafting journey? The online videos are fantastic, I look for them and reference past videos all the time. I usually have a vague idea of how to do something, or how a product was used, then I search Pinterest or YouTube for the video to help me achieve what I have in mind. The inspiration from all your designers is wonderful, too.
What is your mantra for life (or stamping)? Do I have a mantra? As a young bride, my mother was worried about her cooking skills. She'd make a tasty dish, then tell dad everything she thought was wrong with it. He would say, "Well, just keep practicing!" So, maybe that's what I need to keep in mind when I finish a card I'm not sure I'm happy with.
