Hi !

Today Raspberry Pi launched the new Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 - a 7′′ touchscreen display for Raspberry Pi with a 720x1280 resolution.

It's a decent bump in resolution compared to the original 2015 800x480 model, without any increase in price!

The display offers capacitive five-finger true multi-touch, anti-glare surface treatment and rear mounting points for your Raspberry Pi.

It includes two types of DSI cable as well, meaning this will work with any Raspberry Pi with a DSI connector!

Please note - whilst they may look very similar, the Touch Display 2 does not fit existing enclosures made for the older version.

HatDrive! PoE+

This is a top-mounted Power over Ethernet HAT with an M.2 slot for Raspberry Pi 5. It utilises the PCI-E interface to combine PoE with the option to add fast NVMe SSD storage (SSD not included).

...and yes, you can fit your Raspberry Pi Active Cooler underneath it too!

New Power Bank KeepAlives!

Sometimes you want to charge or power something from a power bank, such as a small microcontroller project or even your AirPods, but most power banks have this pesky feature that shuts them off if only a small amount of current is being drawn.

A KeepAlive solves this problem by pulsing just enough power on a timer to keep your powerbank 'alive' and powering your device, without draining your battery. Clever!

The 'default' one. Fully assembled and ready to go, just plug one end in to your power bank and connect your device/USB cable to the other end.
