Summer always reminds me to slow down. And when life moves a little more gently, I find myself noticing beauty everywhere—the colors and textures of nature, seashells washed onto the shore, the shimmer of the evening sun on water. It's a season that invites playfulness but that doesn’t mean it can’t feel sophisticated. Here are a few beautiful summer finds things inspiring me right now.

To me, Ambre Fumé is summer sunsets in a shadow. The warm bronze catches the light so beautifully, making it perfect for golden-hour dinners by the sea, or anywhere the evening takes you. I love sweeping on a few layers softly diffused across the lids.

My dear friend and longtime collaborator recently opened Privacy Gallery, a beautifully curated online space filled with artisan objects and vintage treasures. Every piece feels collected with intention, but I especially fell in love with this shell vase—it feels like a little piece of summer you can keep forever.

I recently discovered photographer Myrthe Giesbers' series Nereida and was immediately drawn in. I'm endlessly inspired by shells, stones, and other natural elements when dreaming up shades and textures, and she captures them with such incredible sensitivity. Created alongside makeup artist Shaina Ehrlich, it's one of those projects that simply sticks with you.

I've been spotting beaded bags everywhere this summer, and they instantly make me smile. They bring a sense of joy and craftsmanship to even the simplest outfit. I love searching Etsy for art deco vintage finds and inexpensive treasures, but I've also been admiring the beautiful bespoke pieces from Sac Décoratif and this turquoise beauty from Cult Gaia.
