The offer is a discount off the Best Available Rate (BAR) at participating WoodSpring Suites:
*10% off the Best Available Rate (BAR)(the “Promotion”) for stays of 13 nights or less at participating WoodSpring Suite locations. Stays must be booked through Woodspring direct channels, (www.woodspring.com or a Choice Contact Center) or directly with property at least 1 day in advance of travel. To be eligible, your stay must be booked between December 16, 2024 and December 26, 2024, and the stay must be started and completed between December 16, 2024, through January 31, 2025.
The discount to BAR will be applied immediately upon booking. BAR is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes any other discount rates. Early departure fees, deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply and will vary by hotel. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges.
Cancellation policy is NON-REFUNDABLE. Individual hotel check-in time applies. The Promotion discount does not apply if guests extend their stay beyond 13 nights. An extended stay may result in rate adjusting from discounted rate to the daily BAR at the participating location. Promotions are only valid for qualifying stays, which exclude rooms booked below certain rates, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends, family and associate discount. Promotion is not applicable to groups and cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers or promotions. Choice Hotels reserves the right to change or discontinue this Promotion at any time. Most hotels are independently owned and operated.
