Support the Rad Women in Your Life | | International Women’s Day is about recognizing impact, the kind that happens in big, visible ways as well as in the everyday moments that often go unseen. This year, we’re starting close to home. Across our community, women are shaping what adventure looks like. They’re leading trips, building businesses, mentoring the next generation, documenting stories, riding bikes, raising families, and carving out space in places that weren’t always built for them. Today, we’re highlighting a few of the women who inspire us, not just for what they do, but for how they show up. | | “Three defining moves of my career come to mind: first, the moment after college when I quit my full-time job to pursue racing 100% and truly bet on myself. A leap of faith that shaped my resilience and belief in what’s possible; second, continuing to compete at the highest level after becoming a mom, proving to myself and my kids that passion and ambition don’t disappear with motherhood, they evolve and deepen; and third, giving back to the next generation through mentorship and sponsorship guidance, helping young athletes, especially women, navigate the sport with confidence and opportunity, because success means more when you use it to lift others along the way.” | | “Chasing fear. As a professional athlete, fear isn’t something I avoid - it’s something I study, respect, and ride straight toward. Learning to perform under pressure and in high-risk environments has taught me that courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s confidence built on preparation. Presence. Whether on two or four wheels on the trails, I’m often one of few women in sight. Instead of shrinking, I show up fully - skill first, ego last - and let my riding/driving and presence speak. Representation isn’t just about being seen; it’s about striving to perform at a level that makes space for us undeniable. Reinvention. Staying relevant means staying curious. I’ve learned that longevity in this industry comes from adapting without losing who you are. Being adaptable means being coachable, resilient, and willing to rebuild - over and over again.” | | “Competing at the highest level while living an all-in outdoor lifestyle has shown me that when men and women work side by side, we don’t compete for space, we elevate it. I’ve never tried to fit a mold. I’ve built my own lane, blending elite performance with passion and purpose, and I’m proud to be part of the growing wave of women reshaping our sport and the impact it makes. Grit, authenticity, and heart define me in this space, and I’m always flattered to see women sharing the same intensity towards themselves and the paths we decide to chase!” | | The journey doesn’t begin at the trailhead. It begins with the people who make space for others to explore, learn, and belong. To the women in our community, thank you for leading, building, exploring, and redefining what’s possible. We’re proud to be a part of your journey. | | | | |
