Other than a guaranteed expertly crafted German-made knife, no items are guaranteed to be included. No categories of products are guaranteed to be included, and Mystery Box items may be from a mix of categories. Mystery Boxes may include discontinued or limited-availability items.
Total value exceeds purchase price, $49.99 box with a $248.00 minimum value; $149.99 box with a $440.00 minimum value. Minimum value is based on the sum of the Mystery Box items’ regular retail price at the time the box is packed, includes the value of the guaranteed knife, and is not based on promotional or discounted pricing.
All Mystery Box sales are final and Mystery Box contents cannot be exchanged, returned, or substituted. If a Mystery Box item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery for resolution. In such cases, Customer Service will provide a resolution at its discretion.
